I am finally here to make a small update. It's not much but it is a start. So much has happened here.

This time I have several new stories for you to read and enjoy!

First of all now you can read an excerpt from my genealogy program. I have published the Ancestors of Carl Magnus Lindfors. Now you can see how far back in time I have found family.

For several months I have been corresponding to Maurice Lindfors and Jim Greenlees. This has now resulted in a story about the Oldest Lindfors brother Carl Mauritz and his descendents.

Roger and Janet Christianson was here for a visit. read about our days together.

I am so sorry it has taken me such a long time to update the page this time. Life with a 1 year old daughter I guess.

I'll try and do better in the future.

Well...I have lots of stuff to add so I'll just let you know what is new for this time. Okey!

I've made some design changes on the Index page. I have put the links to the Guestbook and Guestmap way down on the Index page. I think you will be able to find it anyways. If you get the chance please write something in the guestbook and let me know you have visited the homepage. Let me and your other relatives know what you have been up to lately.

Under "Words of Remembrance" there are several obituaries added.

Another interesting thing has been placed under "objects"!

We have visited my grandfathers grave at Täby Cemetery. Go take a look at some new photos here!

Also a whole new page about Colorado.

I have also updated the page about the Swedish Cemetery Corporation, under Burial Places, with birth years and death year. I have gotten this new information recently, that is why it haven't been added before.

Two Photos are added to Lund Cemetery. Thanks Roger for the photos!

Sorry it took so long! Me and my family are doing just fine! Emelie is growing and learning new things everyday.

I have missed doing genealogy, that's for sure! So I am definitely ready to do some additions to the page! I'll be working on putting out some new "old" photos and also some new texts. I'll be adding it when ever I have a minute over!

I have added a page about the Benedict family under The Lindfors/Lowry story, and have added some information on the Lowry page as well.

I'd like to remind you to share your obituaries, announcements and other statements that have been published in your local paper and you have saved. If you want me to add them here, please copy them. Then send them to me via e-mail or ask me for my mailing address and mail them to me via ordinary mail and I will put them up as soon as I can.

Just wanted to do a last minute update here... I guess with the baby coming in the beginning of September I will be busy adjusting to all the new things that are up ahead. I am doing fine, just had a bit of a cough, but it is on it's almost gone now.

I will be very happy if you write me during this time, even though I can't write you back straight away. Wish me good luck!

Just added a photo and info about me on the index page!

Lately I have had some trouble with "unknown people and companies" that are using guestbook's to post adds for their products. I am trying my best to keep them away from our guestbook! To prevent unknown people from posting adds I have now added a function to the guestbook, so messages can't be published without  my authorization. So don't be surprised the next time YOU post a message in the guestbook, and your message won't appear immediately. I will of course give authorization as soon as possible. I hope this won't stop you from writing often!

I have added  Obituaries under the "Words of Remembrance" page!

I went to visit my grandfathers grave at Täby Cemetery on June 8th, 2005. So I have made two pages about Täby Church and cemetery that contains interesting information and some new photos. You find them under "Burial Places".

I hope you are all enjoying the beginning of summer! I sure am! We have had a few days of warm weather here! It is so nice!

And photos are added under Personal stories - Mathilda and Teckla.

I also realized that I had forgotten to transfer yet another page from the "old homepage" so now it is back where it belongs, under Personal stories - Gustaf Theodor Lindfors.

Maybe you are wondering how I am doing. Well, everything is going perfectly with the pregnancy. I am just feeling a bit tired during the evenings, but that is to be expected. I have had a cold for a few days but it is almost gone now. Göran went to Las Vegas on a convention last week. He could only stay for 1 week so it was a very Long trip. He came home very tired and with a cold. He only had time to do one fun thing and that was flying over Grand Canyon for a few hours. I have seen the photos and it looked really wonderful. Wouldn't mind going there some time in the future.

Well, that was all the news for this time!

I hope the coming year, 2005 will be a happy year for everyone in our family!
For me I hope it will be a time for more contact with You. It has brought me such big pleasure to correspond with family members. I am happy to have good family spread all over America but also here at home. I hope to meet many more of you in the future.

Today I have a new story under "Personal Stories" section. During 2003 and also 2004,  I corresponded with Mavis Malloy and asked her a lot of questions about her Aunts Matilda and Teckla Lindfors. Now I have finally got around to putting it all together.
I hope you will like it!

I have added Nils Lundberg to "Words of Remebrance" .

I have also added two photos in the "Wedding photo" and one in the "Child photo" section. I want to thank Roger and Janet Christianson for helping me with those. THANKS!

I also have a new theory about one of the photos in the "Unidentified Photos" section.

I have quite a few nice little things to share with you this time. And I hope you will enjoy them.

First Rebecca Hansen has written a story about her visit to Stockholm in June this year. I really was curious of her thoughts about coming here, so I asked her if she would write a little something for us all to read! Thank you Becky for taking the time to do this!

I also have added a page with Announcements because I received such a nice love story from Dan and Fanny Eggen. I thought it was such a nice story and I thought maybe there are more stories like this one in our family. You are welcome to contribute with your own stories. I have also added a "Words of remembrance" page, which I would also like you to contribute to.

Since I also received two unidentified photos, I decided to add a page where we can store them and you can go and give me your theories about the. I have put up all I know about the photos.

I have added links on the Burial site as well.

This time I have two new things to present. Of course some photos from my meeting with Vernon & Irene Lindfors and Roger & Janet Christianson. You can view them here . I will put up some more photos from the rest of our trip later.

I have also put up a new thing on the front page for you. It is a service from Bravenet called Guestmap and I thought this service would be fun for us because it allows all of us to see where you are located. Please use the service if you like!

I would also like to remind you to use the Guestbook! It is so much fun for the rest of us to read your little messages about what is going on in your life. It doesn't matter if you have signed it before. It is meant to be used regular !

And in the coming month Me and Göran and my parents will be going on vacation to Florida. So when the time comes to think back at this year I will have so many fun and interesting things to remember.

So what have I been doing on the webpage since the last time?

Well....I have added a few photos under the wedding photo section, thanks to Minnie Virant and Rebecca Hansen for contributing with photos.

There are also some new photos under group photos , thanks to Mary Lou Lorentzen for those.

I have added a new page about my great grandmothers mother Nicolina Josephina Christina Grönbeck. Hope you enjoy this story. It is not completed yet. I still have some research to do on her and her family, but this is what I have found so far.

I have added a page about Minnesota. It includes some facts about our family and Minnesota and there is also some links.

I am in the process of putting up everything that i had on the old page, it'll take awhile but I hope I'll be done soon.

I have also added a few new pages. Among the new pages are the new photo page where I have added some of the photos I took when Rebecca, Jayme and Dan visited me in June. Hope you enjoy them

I am also in the process of changing servers. I have also claimed a own domain name so this page will be easier to find.

To make more space for Photos and images for the Lindfors Genealogy page I have decided to remove all my painting and drawing pages. Also the travel page and Favorite song page has been removed. Instead I will make a special home for these items. This new home is currently under construction.

I have made changes to almost all the pages in the homepage, but they are minor, so I will only mention the additions here.

I have added two pages to the photo section called Group Photos and Lundberg Photos. I want to thank Rebecca and Kate for the contributed photos!

Under Burial places I have added  Fair View Cemetery in New Jersey, The Swedish Cemetery Corporation in Massachusetts plus two other cemeteries in MA. Under these pages there are also a new obituary page and also a theory I have about a person.

I've added photos of Niccolinas Christina Grönbecks bible under the "Old Bible" site.

I have done some work "Behind the scenes". I have resized photos that was taking up too much space, so I hope some of the pages that were really heavy to load will run a little faster now.

I have finally put in some more photos from Byers, CO. Go and have a look! All photos were taken by Ray Flesher, he has helped a lot! Thanks!

I have also updated and brightened the "How I got started page" up. You'll find it under the Victoria Section.  It looked a bit plain and boring so I cheered it up a bit! Genealogy is supposed to be fun!

I have added a Photo page to Debbie's Story in the Personal Stories section.

Under Drawings  , Paintings , I have made a slideshow of pictures instead of having several pages. On Rogers letter I have changed the layouts a bit.

I have also temporary removed the link to the unfinished page about Colorado. I am still working on that one.

I have also made it easier to access the Guestbook , so now I hope you'll be able to find your way there and write a message for the rest of us to read!
